"Tight Spaces" has just been rewritten to include the Paranormal element that kept inserting itself during the original writing of the story. As I worked on "Open Door", the second "Double Dare Club" story, the Paranormal became such an integral part of the story, I was forced to edit it into "Tight Spaces".

A lonely woman goes dancing with friends to kick the Bad Breakup Anniversary Blues. Her fantasy-man is willing to help, until her lowlife ex ambushes him.
With the first anniversary of the messy break up of a long-term relationship bearing down, Amy has the blues. When her friends suggest an evening at the Double Dare, she reluctantly agrees to go along, wary of the club's reputation as a matchmaker. She doesn't want a new relationship, but it'll be good to spend time with her friends. Besides, how could a nightclub know who would make a good couple?
Seeing Jesse at the Double Dare immediately cheers her up. She's fantasized over him for months. The evening gets more pleasant as they heat up the dance floor. Things go from hot to sizzling, until her ex shows up and confronts Amy in a low blow. Will his interference deter Jesse from continuing what could be the start of something wonderful?

Now that's what I call an erotic encounter that could lead to more. I love the way Kenra gives such detail that you can actually feel yourself in the body of the characters. Well written. Love the characters. The story itself could be compared to any other boy meets girl, boy wants girl, girl wants boy, etc. In my opinion, this short story develops into more than that. A great read for your tbr list. Recommended!!!!
This book sizzled! Amy, the heroine, wasn't a slut, just a normal woman who was a little down because the anniversary of a big break up was coming up. Lots of women have been in her shoes, especially with well-meaning friends trying to cheer her up.
The attraction and chemistry between Amy and Jesse hit immediately when they met, and didn't let up. They start out hot and just keep cranking it up. The dance floor scenes are super-hot, but the actual sex scenes burn up the screen.
There's also an interesting plot to go along with all that steam. Amy's ex is a real jerk!
This felt like it was part of a bigger story but it wasn't, and that threw for a minute or so. I was also a little embarrassed as I realized I was reading erotica I don't normally read that genre of books. I will say though that this was written fairly tastefully which was sort of surprising. Most of the time people say erotica and link it with porn or smut and I did not get that with Tight Spaces. I believe Amy and Jesse had the perfect mix of chemistry as well as true heart felt feelings for one another. They were not a random hook up or one night stand.
To my surprise I truly liked the book as I felt there was an actual plot to it and not just sex. I do wish there had been a bit more to the story as Tight Spaces did leave me with some unanswered questions. All in all though it was a good book.
